Brooklyn Park Police Academy
Being a police officer is not an easy job, so it’s good that the Brooklyn Park Police Department offers its Police Cadet Program, which makes it a little bit easier for cadets to become officers. Through the program cadets receive a scholarship to pay for schooling, a part-time job with the police department, invaluable experience working Brooklyn Park Police, and the conditional promise of a position as a full-time officer when they become qualified. One of the main purposes of the Police Cadet Program is to increase diversity, and to make sure that the makeup of the police department reflects that of the city as a whole.
